Here is where I will break down the outline, we will follow to build your plan (these things will be explained a lot clearer when we are together and putting them together, don't worry):

  • Sleep Hygiene

  • Final Assessment of Overall Progress and Accomplishment
  • CELEBRATE THE SUCCESS!!!
Details: 
  • Each of these are 30 minute to 1-hour long sessions every other week.  
  • Weekly check-ins between each of these sessions  lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Guides will accompany the sessions to assist you to stay on track with your goals, and to help support and guide them through the following until we meet face to face again.
